I purchased a 2025 Silverado 2500HD ZR2. The salesman, Kameron Chapman, was a professional from the moment I met him. I walked in on a Saturday morning and was greeted by Mr. Chapman. He made me a fresh cup of coffee, spoke to me about my interests, listened patiently, and took me out for a couple of test drives. He was highly knowledgeable about Chevy trucks and was able to answer all of my questions. I also met with Kalo Dimitrov, the sales manager. He was also very courteous and helpful. The dealership had a good vibe. I ordered the truck and it was about a four month wait until it was delivered. During that time Mr. Chapman reached out on several occasions to extend holiday greetings and provide delivery updates. During the waiting period Mr. Garan Digges, the general manager, was also in regular contact. On the day I took delivery of the vehicle everything went smoothly. I was greeted by everyone and the truck was absolutely beautiful! It was truly an exceptional experience all the way from the cup of coffee Mr. Chapman served me up to driving my new truck off the lot. Lindsay Front Royal is a very nice dealership and I will recommend it to my friends. Mr. Chapman should be commended for his relationship skills. I never felt pressured. He's a polished professional!

My Colorado drifted to a stop on I-66. My flatbed tow truck driver delivered me to Lindsay Chevrolet around 2:30 pm on Monday, Feb. 24. Sonja Revis greeted me with a smile, and listened to what happened to me. I was 4+ hours from home and now without wheels. Sonja had my problem diagnosed later the day, had the necessary repairs done, and had me back on the road mid morning the next day. I give Sonja and the service team a grade of A+++ for the quick turnaround. I know this disrupted their routine, and I am so thankful for getting me back on the road so quickly. The Lindsay team went beyond the term 'good service' for me. I commend the entire service department. Lindsay Chevrolet is definitely FIRST CLASS in my book. Special thank you Sonja Revis. Jeff

Would not tell me what tests were done to diagnose my car and would not let me talk to a mechanic that actually knew what they did to my car. The sales representative kept walking me back to finance desk mid conversation and refused to discuss my cars issue. I was going to have your dealership do the repair to my car but your sales team would not discuss the issue with me and they were not knowledgeable on the issue. They did what I has asked them to do but my tires were shot and the main point of the service was to rotate them. It would have been nice if the immediately came out and told me they recommended replacement rather than going ahead with the rotation. I ended up ordering new tires which I have to come back for but it would have saved time and money to have dealt with this early in the visit rather than completing the service which was wasted. No sense rotating tires that are about to be replaced.

Vehicle was taken in for misfire, backfiring, and engine hesitation. Your service department didn’t find any service engine light or codes. Service recommended plugs, wires, and fuel system flush. Which this didn’t take care of the problem. Second time brought back was not charged for a wire being left off. Vehicle is still misfiring, backfiring, and bad engine shake now since service was done. Still no engine service light on. Haven’t brought back to shop yet due to financial issues to have it towed back again. I wish they would fix this issue.

We had to reverify with website to get that price acknowledged. These are the biggest things I hate about dealerships, they just aren't honest and you really have to pay attention.

The service on my 2022 Silverado took much longer than anticipated, my truck was there for 8 days. When we picked the truck up, the technician had left grease on the hood and fenders as well as the exterior and interior of the drivers door. There was also a used shop rag laying on the passenger seat. Being a mechanic myself for 20 plus years this is something that you learn right away, clean up after yourself. You should never leave a customer vehicle like this.

I had a tail light replaced in 2024 and a few weeks ago I noticed condensation in the new one. I had an appointment to have my oil changed and while I was there at the dealership I showed the service manager the tail light. She did some research and the tail light had a 2 year warranty. So a new one was ordered and they took the old one out and put the new one in. I will always use this dealership and service department. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle in a timely manner. I had a terrible experience @ another dealer, and after putting up with seven months of delay and never having a vehicle delivered, I decided it was time to try a dealer farther away from Northern Virginia. Lindsay Chevrolet (Front Royal) was the first one I contacted, and they informed me that I could either order a new Tahoe OR they would try to find a similar one already built @ another dealer. (The previous dealer never offered to do that.) Within a couple of days, they found one, I have taken delivery on it and am very happy. The staff @ Lindsay is VERY different from the people I had dealt with previously. They are engaging, personable and have "horse sense." Every commitment was met, every update was made, any deviations from previous discussions were addressed before, and not after, the fact. No surprises. While not a high volume dealer, they are a high quality dealer, and that matters more to me than any salesmanship skills. Highly recommended. Ask for Mike Jenks and Makayla Thomas.

There were inconsistencies in what I was being told was wrong with my vehicle and what was being sent to me in the action plan. I was told my back brakes needed replacing and that my tires had cords showing. When I received the photos of my tires, there was abnormal wear on the inside but no cords were showing at all. The back brakes were the only thing listed as a "fail" on the action plan, the tires and front brakes were a "caution", however when speaking with the front desk representative, I was told that the tires were also a fail and the tech marked it wrong. He told me I would be sent a new action plan stating this, and when the new action plan was sent it said the same thing, only adding that the tire pressure sensors needed replacing. They were trying to charge me 2.6k for front and back brakes plus 4 new tires mounted and balanced. After seeking a second opinion about pricing for those services from another reputable shop in the area, I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else as their cost was significantly less for the exact same parts. I got a rejection sticker for my state inspection (as expected) but on the paper that was left in my car showing what failed the inspection, they marked the tires and not the brakes. There was nothing consistent in what I was being told from the man at the front desk and what the tech in the shop was marking. When I told the man at the front desk I was going to come pick up my vehicle, he cut me off mid sentence telling me "say less". It is obvious to me that they only care about high price mark ups for parts and trying to get as much money as possible out of people. I will not be going back to this location for service.
